I really appreciated the staff's attentiveness. They were always smiling. the rooms included bath robes and slippers, a very nice touch. our room had sandwiches, yogurts, and fruit upon arrival. It was great after a long journey. there are multiple pools to choose from. Everyone can find a spot.
It caused some unpleasant situations around the pool.

The food quality was very good. Variety could improve, but quality was there. restaurant food presentation was great. The chefs deserve praise. vegan dessert options were lacking in some restaurants. More choices are welcome.

Every staff member greeted us with a smile, a very cute touch. one staff member, charlene, managed the sunbeds fairly. She prevented any sunbed wars. the staff offered warm hospitality. They really cared for all guests.

The complex was well-designed. There was plenty of room to move around. outdoor pools and lazy river were great. I really enjoyed them. there are zones for families and couples. It's appreciable with fumeurs and non fumeurs zones also.

the hotel is not very close to the center, though there is a bus stop nearby. the gardens and pools design created a calm atmosphere, just what we wanted. the lazy river and blooming gardens provided a great environment.

Our room, a Beautiful Room Pool & Garden View, included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The food was fresh and varied, with themed nights at the buffet restaurant and an American diner. We also booked meals at the Italian and Orchid restaurants and loved them. Multiple outdoor pools are on the premises, including a kids pool and an indoor pool.
The wi-fi was a bit slow, a minor inconvenience when trying to stream videos in the evenings.

The staff was helpful and friendly. They were always ready to assist without being asked. The resort is wheelchair-friendly, accommodating guests with disabilities perfectly.

The buffet is fresh with a good variety of choice. The ice cream shop is a hit with kids, and the snack bar ticks all the boxes for quick bites throughout the day. The al la carte restaurants added variety, offering divine food and ambience.
